I grew up under Montana’s big skies, spent years in Texas, and now call Arizona home. Cybersecurity pays the bills, but writing keeps me awake at night. I write short stories, poems, and essays, most under 2,000 words, often laced with metaphor, satire, and a touch of the unexpected.
Faith is the foundation of my life. I’m a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and I strive to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ in both my work and personal life.
I’m passionate about food, freedoms, and important conversations. I believe government should be as minimal as possible, that privacy is worth protecting, and that we each share responsibility for caring for both the vulnerable and the world around us.
My writing (hopefully!) reflects these values—while not fearing difficult topics, and remaining thoughtful, clean, and honest. If you read my work and it makes you think, laugh, or even question, then I’ve done my job as a writer.
Thanks for stopping by—I welcome your thoughts.
